We are now looking for a highly professional, confident and hardworking administrator to support a successful investment company in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company during an exciting period of growth. You will have excellent knowledge using MS Office and be confident speaking with clients.


Organising meetings for management

Booking travel

Running daily sales reports

First point of contact for key clients

Meeting and greeting clients

Drafting client letters

Screening calls and taking extensive messages

Maintaining client database

Assisting the Office Manager with recruitment when required

Taking meetings at minutes

Preparing documentation for meetings

General day to day support for

Calls to senior clients to gather missing information


Confident telephone manner

Excellent organisation skills

Ability to learn systems quickly

Good attention to detail

Ability to multitask
