Are you an experienced Front of House professional, with strong Facilities and Property experience? I have an opportunity to work within a corporate City Centre firm, gorgeous offices, in a firm constantly looking to ensure their employees are well looked after.

This is a temporary role initially, however this could become permanent for the right candidate. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.

As the Facilities Manager you will oversee all aspects of Administration and Facilities for the office. Working in a corporate environment, we expect candidates to uphold and promote the highest standards.

What will this role involve?

Managing Front of House: Reception; Security; Pull Cars; Post Room

Managing contractors and suppliers: M&E; Waste Management; Cleaning; Catering; Events

Acting as the focal point, where applicable, in the event of emergency or disaster, applying the internal business continuity and disaster recovery processes

Assisting in the development and-on-going reporting of management information on a regular basis. This will include monthly financial and operational reporting, KPI, SLA and balanced scorecard reporting

Taking the lead on setting up and the smooth running of events on site: Client breakfasts; Networking evenings.

Working with Senior Management Team and Department Heads to manage overall operations of the site

Our ideal candidate...

An experienced Front of House Manager, with a fantastic knowledge of Office & Facilities Management

Direct line management of Reception and Security staff

Experience working within a luxury office building

A sound knowledge of carrying out and reporting health and safety audits

Flexible approach with capacity to take on a variety of tasks working across all aspects of the wider Facilities team and undertaking other duties falling into operations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Common sense approach to problem solving with positive solutions.
