Office Services/Support Manager

Have you got experience of managing a team of people to ensure the smooth running of back office functions including post, mailroom, reprographics and maintenance?
Do you have an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification?
If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm in exceptional new offices. We require a strong individual to lead the office services team, manage sickness and oversee the day to day work flow and employee issues, undertake all departmental recruitment and manage the entire facilities services, including ensuring all equipment is maintained to a good standard, organising contractor visits for maintenance and repairs.
You will also maintain legislative registers, including fire, First Aid emergency lighting and arranging fire drills as well as managing the buildings security including access control, CCTV and key management.
You will train, develop and coach all new starters and individuals across the post, reprographics and maintenance teams ensuring they are fully skilled to undertake their positions to the highest ability.
To be successful in this job you will need qualifications such as Health and Safety NEBOSH, IOSH or BIFM. You will also need hands on experience of leading and managing a team, preferably within a professional services firm.
