Office Manager & PA to Directors
Based in North Berwick, hybrid working available
£30-32k annual salary DOE
Temp to Perm position
08:30-17:30 Mondays-Thursdays, 08:30-12:00 Fridays
Search Consultancy are currently working with a well-respected company in North Berwick to recruit an Office Manager/PA to start as soon as possible. This position will not involve supervising any staff, but will involve overseeing the management of all office admin, marketing, IT and communications, as well as PA duties for the Directors.
This role will involve:
* Formatting, proof-reading and filling of documentation as required
* Corresponding with internal and external parties by email and telephone
* Dropbox and mailbox management
* Ensuring proper adherence to GDPR processes, keeping accurate documentation
* Office management and ordering of office supplies
* Arranging and preparing meetings
* Arranging travel, accommodation and parking for Directors and staff
* Various administrative duties as required, as well as ad-hoc PA support for the Directors
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Prior experience working as an Office Manager/PA - this is essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox
