Winter/closed season 0900hrs to 1600hrs 5 days per week from beginning of November to the end of February with days off Saturday and Sunday
Summer/open non peak 0800hrs to 1700hrs 5 days per week
Summer/open Peak 0800hrs to 1700hrs 6 days per week days off mid week. For 14 weeks as below
Easter 2 weeks, May day 1 week, spring bank 1 week, school holidays 7 weeks ( for area variance on the holidays) , the last 3 weeks in October
A salary package commensurate with the role will be offered to the successful applicant.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our small friendly office team based at Roman Bank, Ingoldmells.
This position would suit a person with good local knowledge, some previous office experience, who is familiar with Excel and Word, although full training will be given.
This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and to be kept busy, enjoys working with people, working to deadlines, ensuring that all administrative tasks needed to support the team are completed in a timely fashion.
The main duties of the role include:
* Liaising with customers and suppliers over the phone and in person
* Processing payments
* Data entry - maintenance of customer records
* General administrative duties
* Providing secretarial support to the Parks Manager
in office management
*A passion for customer service
*The ability to communicate confidently and professionally
*Good IT skills and knowledge of CRM and SOP programs
*Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management
*Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise colleague's workloads, in a fast-changing environment.
