Office Manager with a Wealth Management company, based in London, competitive salary with excellent benefits package

The role

You would be acting as Office Manager while supporting the three directors with the operational and management aspects of the firm, including management of the firm's CRM/back-office system, Intelliflo Office (IO). This is a newly created role and we are therefore keen to find someone who can develop into this and make it their own.

The nature of the role means that your day-to-day duties will be very varied, but typically we would expect them to include: -

  • Management of the office environment including procurement, health and safety procedures, general administration and filing.
  • Supporting the Operations and Compliance Director to ensure the efficient and compliant use of the firm's back-office system, Intelliflo Office; for example, data integrity, maintenance, and development of admin processes, and providing technical support in relation to the system for other members of staff.
  • Supporting the Finance Director with income reconciliation via Intelliflo Office and uploading of invoices etc to the company accounting system.
  • Support with HR tasks including training of new joiners.
  • Compiling Management Information reports
  • Assisting the CEO and Directors with ad hoc company project work

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Essential:

  • 2-3 years'+ experience within the financial services sector, in a relevant administrative or operations/office management role
  • 2-3 years'+ experience using Intelliflo Office in an IFA administration/operations role
  • Good understanding of the needs of Financial Services firms and a basic understanding of FCA rules and compliance
