A friendly and successful family feel business are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their fun loving company in LS10!

They are looking for an all rounder, someone who is keen to get their teeth stuck into all aspects of the business, whether that's recruitment, helping out on the sales desks, arranging travel for the Director or being the point of call for any staff queries! They require someone with initiative and excellent organisational skills to ensure smooth running of a busy sales office, where no two days will be the same!


  • Supporting the Director in a PA style e.g arranging travel, managing schedules
  • Oversee the day to day running of the office
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Arrange any necessary repairs within the office
  • Being a point of contact for all staff to report to and go to with any queries, issues or questions
  • Help out with any recruitment and HR processes e.g onboarding, maintaining and updating files
  • General business administration
  • Help establish and maintain office procedures
  • Supporting with meetings and ensuring meeting rooms are set up with refreshments and clean
  • Organising social events for the teams!
  • Ensuring visitors are welcomed / food drinks etc provided

You will be:

  • An experienced Office Manager
  • Aware or have experience of HR processes
  • A positive, personable and warm character
  • Extremely well organised
  • Someone who is both keen to support and able to work independently
  • Confident, particularly on the telephone
  • Willing to get stuck in to every task
  • A stickler for attention to detail
  • High standards of IT competency

Role Details:

  • Office Manager/ Exec Assistant
  • £30,000 - £38,000
  • 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Based in LS10
  • Onsite parking
  • Working in lovely modern offices, with a pool table and pinball machine!
