Part-Time Office Manager / PA
Edinburgh based - office based role
3 month temp role - strong possibility for extension beyond this
Up to £15.00 per hour depending on experience

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with an Edinburgh based client to recruit an experienced Office Manager / PA who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the business across a number of areas including office setup, PA & project support.

This is a part-time role working approximately 20/25 hours per week, and there is a degree of flexibility around how these hours can be worked.

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Assisting with the setup of a new office for the business based in Edinburgh
  • Working closely with senior management across a number of areas, supporting with the setting up & implementation of work systems
  • Providing comprehensive support on a number of projects in play across the business
  • Setting up of new & incumbent staff onto the company's new HR system
  • Providing PA & office management support to senior management including management of diaries & setup & minuting of meetings
  • Ensuring that actions & deadlines raised during meetings are chased & met appropriately
  • Various ad hoc administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Extensive previous experience in an senior administration, PA or Office Management role, with exposure to or experience in the setup of a new office - this experience is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid IT skills including the use of the Microsoft Office
