We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join an Industrial company based in Knowsley. We are looking for someone who has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Handling all customer queries via email and telephone
Issuing work out to engineers online
Daily follow up calls with customers
Keeping customers up to date with engineers progress
Dealing with queries from key accounts
Raising jobs into CRM system
Liaising with both customers and engineers
Previous experience working within a similar role - desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Good working knowledge using Microsoft Office Packages
Flexible to work between the hours of 7.30am - 6pm on a rota basis and one weekend every 6 weeks
