Office Administrator - 3 Month FTC - Leatherhead

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to work for our client who specialise in Financial Services.

The duties and Responsibility:

* To manage daily incoming post including scanning, allocating and filing/archiving
* Manage outgoing post
* Direct Debit administration
* Invoice Processing
* Manage archiving of files and deeds including liaising with archive company on delivery and collection of archiving boxes
* Ensure printers are fully stocked and ink levels / supplies checked
* Front of House admin and support
* Greeting of visitors, arranging tea and coffee for meetings
* Order of stationery, ordering supplies, filling and emptying of dishwasher
* Complete any other Ad hoc administration tasks as required

The successful candidate will have:

* Proven experience within a Customer Service/Administration role
* Experience within Professional Services is desirable
* Educated to GCSE's/O Levels or equivalent including Math and English
* Organised with the ability to manage their own time
* Has the ability to work with minimal supervision
* IT skills including MS Packages
