Are you an experienced Office Administrator?
Are you looking for a new challenge to work within a highly successful organisation?

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to work for a fast paced organisation based in the West End of the City. You will be expected to cover a range of duties, including:

* Dealing with incoming calls
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Assisting with invoices
* Typing and sending of letters
* Data entry
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Scanning and filling
* General office duties
* Diary management of meeting rooms and hospitality

You will need:

* Proven experience in a similar administration/office role
* Strong IT skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
* Have strong attention to detail and be a good communicator
