Search Consultancy are growing their internal business support team in Leeds City Centre and recruiting for an Office Administrator!

Opening our doors in 1987, we are the number one specialist recruitment agency in the UK. Operating out of 15 offices, you will be joining our Leeds team to support internal teams by been first point of contact for our candidates and clients via phone and email.

You will also be for administrative duties such as reference requests, credit & DBS checks whilst been responsible for deliveries and collections. Not only that, you will also be formatting CVs to support our consultants and other duties.

For this role you will benefit from a from £19,000 Per Annum, Monday-Friday (0800-1730) and 23 days annual leave + bank holidays. You will also benefit from pension scheme and many more benefits!

So what will you be doing?
* First point of contact for all visitors entering the office
* Receiving incoming calls and diverting to the correct departments
* Responsible for deliveries/post and arranging collections with couriers
* Responding to multiple inbound emails, replying to enquiries within agreed timescales
* Managing meeting rooms including new bookings and adjustments
* Formatting CVs for candidates and uploading to internal systems
* Responding to reference requires for associate staff members
* Carrying our DBS & Credit Checks where necessary
* Reporting faults with internal systems (switchboard) to systems
* And ad-hoc duties as and when required

What are we looking for?
* Excellent customer service skills both verbally & written
* Experience working within fast-paced environments in a similar role
* Knowledge of working on internal systems, including Microsoft office
* Ability to prioritise workloads effectively
* And be able to remain motivated, resilient and wiling to go the extra mile.

* A basic salary from £19,000 Per Annum
* Monday-Friday - 08:30-17:30 (40 hours)
