We are recruiting for Night Shift Customer Service Agents for a global leader within the travel industry. Due to expansion our Award winning Edinburgh based client is looking for individuals with excellent customer service experience to join their fun and friendly team.

Situated in their stunning Head office you will be servicing customers from around the globe, in a fast paced environment. The customer journey will be at the heart of everything you do, we want people who are personable and genuinely have a flair for customer service.

To be considered you need to have a proven and consistent track record within call centre or high end customer service roles and a minimum of 2 years experience working in a nightshift role.

You will need to be flexible, organised with the ability to work on your own initiative aswell and in a team environment.

The shift pattern is 4 days on and 3 off - between 9pm - 7.30am, you will however get your rota 6 weeks in advance and some weekends off, but trust us, you won't care about that when you get started.

In return they offer a generous salary of £22K, excellent holiday allowance of 32 days per year and more.

You and the team will be taking inbound calls from customers who are looking for advice on the client's products and helping them to make that really important purchase.

This will be a night-shift position working between Monday - Sunday, the hours of 9pm - 7:30am, 4 days out of 7, 4 days off.

You will be trained and get all the support you need to deliver a customer service that is consistent, friendly and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to.
