Are you a Night shift Warehouse Parcel Sorter based in Crawley, West Sussex? We need more of our local heroes who are urgently required for an immediate start at a warehouse sorting centre in Crawley, West Sussex. As a critical member of the warehouse night shift team, you will take on mixed duty roles including unloading and loading vehicles ready for the next day of deliveries, scanning, picking and sorting.

Essential details for this Night shift Warehouse Parcel Sorter job:

  • You will earn £9.15 per hour, with holiday pay accrued separately.
  • The shifts are from 1 am to 10 am
  • 40 hours per week, covering five days from Monday to Friday - no weekends

Due to the location of the warehouse in Crawley, West Sussex having your transport is an advantage, but not essential.

Warehouse or production operative experienced candidates will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure. You'll have previous experience as a picker, packer, driver, parcel sorter? Some items you will be delivering, or uploading can be substantial, so you must have experience in manual labour/heavy lifting.

Primary Night shift Warehouse Parcel Sorters duties:

  • Loading and unloading trucks too tight deadlines
  • Sorting parcels into postcodes and routes
  • Physically demanding role involving constant bending, lifting and carrying
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy and adhering to health & safety requirements

Previous warehouse operative experience preferred but not essential.
