If you are a Charge Nurse with care home experience, this Ipswich-based role could be perfect for you. It's a full-time Charge Nurse role in Ipswich and comes with a competitive salary of £18.00 per hour.
Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the Night Sister will be responsible for the personal care offered in a care home. You will collaboratively lead and inspire all care teams, providing expertise, leadership and management.
Your Charge Nurse responsibilities will include:
? Maintaining quality standards of care in the communities.
? Leading care delivery and computer care planning in all communities.
? Supporting the recruitment and training of the care team, and leading, supporting and inspiring them.
? Ensuring risk assessments associated with nursing and care are completed within the home, and safe working practices are being followed.
You will also complete night rounds on each community at 10 pm, 2 am, and 6 am (or as time management allows). You'll have the proven ability to motivate nursing teams as part of your charge nurse duties, with a proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care.
