Night Concierge Supervisor - Central London - £26,500 + excellent benefits

The Opportunity

A prestigious residential building is looking for a Night Concierge Supervisor to join their team in Central London

This is a genuinely unique role working at one of the most exclusive locations in London with a very generous benefits package.

Night Concierge Supervisor position will be working in a team leading a Doorman and reporting directly into the Night Manager. The aim is to provide a seamless 24/7 5* Hotel Style service to all Residents and visitors. You will be working at a prestigious residential apartment with high-end facilities such as a gym, private gardens and roof terrace.

The shift pattern is 10:30pm to 7:30am 5 out of 7 days including weekends.

Some of the duties will be:

  • Meeting and greeting Residents, Visitors with 5 star service
  • Main/First point of contact for Residents requests
  • General enquiries
  • Travel planning and booking of transport
  • Recommending and booking restaurants

What You Will Need

* Previous experience of being a Concierge/Butler
* Strong English language skills
* Immaculate appearance
