We have an excellent opening for an experienced New Build Sales Advisor to join a supportive and inclusive team in Manchester, selling new homes. Our client is looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor based in the Manchester area.
This is a permanent New Build Sales Advisor role and comes with a basic salary of £25,000 per Annum, plus a fantastic sales bonus, Upto £45k OTE
The company you will be part of works in the property development business.
As a New Build Sales Advisor, you will be a company ambassador, the first point of contact for people looking for new homes. Prior knowledge of the real estate business, a passion for sales, sales admin support experience and a genuine interest in the property market are essential for this role.
To succeed in the role, you will need to be:
* From a New Build Sales background, with previous experience in a similar sales position
* Experience in selling new build properties but not essential
* Knowledge of admin work and relevant IT
* A self-starter, motivated by sales and commission
* Adaptable, flexible, energetic and organised
