We have an excellent opening for an experienced New Build Sales Advisor to join a supportive and inclusive team in Preston, selling new homes. Our client is looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor based in the Preston area, to cover the Preston site.
This is a permanent New Build Sales Advisor role and comes with a basic salary of £26,000 per annum, plus a fantastic sales bonus of £300 per completed sale. If you manage lots of sales, well, you can do the maths! The sales role will require some travelling, so a clean driving license is essential.
The company you will be part of works in the property development business, using its profits to invest in affordable housing and community projects. The homes you will be selling include standard sales shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes.
As a New Build Sales Advisor, you will be a company ambassador, the first point of contact for people looking for new homes. Prior knowledge of the real estate business, a passion for sales, sales admin support experience and a genuine interest in the property market are essential for this role.
To succeed in the role, you will need to be:
- From a New Build Sales background, with previous experience in a similar position
- Experience in selling new build properties
- Knowledge of admin work and relevant IT
- A self-starter, motivated by sales and commission
- Adaptable, flexible, energetic, organised and able to work the occasional extra hour or three!
