Multilingual Customer Service Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm

Location: Edinburgh City Centre office, hybrid WFH few days per week

Pay: £24/£25,000 per annum

Contract: Fiixed term contract with opportunity of permanent

DUTIES:

  • To assist the customer service team with daily tasks, such as; speaking with customers and clients
  • Inputting data into systems
  • General office admin work

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in either German, Italian, French, Spanish, 2 languages is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong admin and technical ability
