Role: Multi-Skilled Operative

Location: Southfleet, Kent

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts

Salary: £24,500

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the Production team on site. The company prides itself on its staff experience, the career progression opportunities within this business are fantastic.

Responsibilities for the Dispatch Operative include:

* Transfer of products
* Completing relevant paperwork
* Stock counting
* Providing Production team with the correct equipment

You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and a can-do attitude. The shift patterns for the role are 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts and the position is paying circa £24,500pa.

The ideal candidate for the position of Multi- Skilled Operative will have the following:

* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic English skills
* Ability to lift heavy items
