Are you an experienced insurance claims professional seeking an employment opportunity where you can actively contribute towards to the success of the organisation you work for?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, dynamic Claims Advisor with supervisory experience to join our repair management department and play a key role in the future direction of the business.
This role requires a strong people manager to manage a team of claims advisors, assist with technical support, motivate, coach and direct a team of attentive individuals whilst remaining compliant and adhering to company and legal guidelines.
To be considered for this vacancy, you must have significant motor claims handling experience gained through either a GI or Broker. Technical experience of handling cross class high value claims would be an advantage.
This position would suit an individual who is looking to grow with the business, and for the right candidate this is an opportunity to work closely with senior figures and progress quickly into an operational role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, good planning and analytical skills and of course accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with a desire to help others work towards targets and develop their skills.
