You will be working with another Microbiology Manager and will be working to help the team of Microbiology Analysts and Microbiology Supervisors to grow to their full potential. You will be working with a growing team and will have the objective of progressing the team's potential in line with business needs. With your new employer looking to expand into new sectors, this is primarily a strategic role to get staff trained up for the new demands on the manufacturing site.

To be successful for this role, you must be a confident and passionate leader. You must have demonstrated capable leadership qualities in your current or prior roles within a GMP settings. Though your fellow Microbiology Manager will be more so focused on the technical aspects of the role, you will also be expected to provide guidance with Bioburden, Endotoxin and Sterility Testing.
