Metering Advisor - Reading - 12 Month Contracts until June 2022 - £11.53ph/£426pw 37hrs

A great opportunity to join a busy Customer service team where you will be speaking to customers and obtaining their meter readings and updating the system with the details.
This long term role offers a great rate of pay with good long term prospects

The role

* Speaking with business customers and obtaining their meter readings
* Inputting data and updating spreadsheets with meter readings

You will also be working with external agents and businesses regarding settlements and collecting data

Must be confident to make outgoing calls as and when needed to gather information (Main points of contact, meter readings, meter locations etc.)

Investigating why meters are "dialling" correctly - resolving queries and resolving issues

Looking for people who;

* Have excellent IT Skills - especially Excel
* Are process driven and can work in a targeted / regulated environment
* Can manage their own workload and work well on their own initiative
* Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner
* Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
* Proactive, motivated and committed to helping the business reach the targets
set down by the regulators
