Membership Sales Executive
£24,000 w/ bonus (£30k OTE)
My client is a leading leisure facility based in the Merseyside area. They have an opportunity that is immediately available for a proven and experienced Membership Sales Executive to join their established and growing sales team. The objective of the role will be to both develop new opportunities with new and existing members, put on events and to convert incoming leads.
You will be tasked with:
- Ensuring that each guest's visit is as enjoyable as possible
- Responding to and converting all incoming new business leads
- Identifying commercial sales opportunities
- Devising an effective marketing strategy to promote the club's facilities
- Enrolling new members to the club
- Managing a pipeline and following up on leads to secure new business
- Promoting corporate and individual memberships
- Working to set targets
- A proven track record in sales
- Experience in the hospitality, leisure, sports or events industry is preferred
- B2C and B2B sales experience is advantageous
- A passion for the leisure industry is advantageous
- Excellent telephony skills
- An ability to work calm under pressure
The basic salary for the role is £24,000 w/ a bonus reaching £30k OTE.
40 hours p/week, 5 days out of 7
