Meeting Room & Events Coordinator - £31,000 - London Bridge

Are you an experienced, in Meeting Room Coordination & Events within a corporate environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to coordinate the delivery of major events and co-working sessions for my client's exciting new project. The vision for the project is that it is a place where visionaries and technology innovators collaborate, disrupt and create to solve the important business and societal problems of today and the future. It is where Intelligent Digital comes to life. The ideal candidate would have a keen interest in future technology.

The Meeting room & Events Coordinator will book and coordinate the smooth running of all the new project events taking place in this new space, ensuring that a seamless service is delivered, and a professional image is maintained at all times; while ensuring the effective use of all spaces within the building.

This role is highly visible with the individual working closely with the clients, as well as other service partners within the business. The individual must be open minded, adaptable and flexible in an ever changing and evolving business.

Some of the duties and responsibilities:

. Liaise with Bookers/ Hosts regarding their workshop requirements following specific instructions for individual bookings.
. Proactive and effective in the coordination and monitoring of all rooms to ensure maximum utilisation; while taking into consideration the practicalities / demands of other departments and clients.
. Co-ordinate and brief internal stakeholders throughout to ensure sign off of proposal, while guaranteeing that operational requirements are met in a timely manner.
. Manage and maintain email inboxes and EMS (room booking software) to ensure records are up-to-date, data input is accurate and consistent.
. Strong internal and external client/ stakeholder management.
. Ensure room booking software is kept up-to-date with all required information and any errors or faults are reported promptly following up for a resolution.
. Working closely with the Tech Team to deliver client requirements and answer enquiries.
