Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a fixed term basis. As they are going through a period of fast growth they are looking for someone with a strong track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand.
The role:
* Get to grips with customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies to implement the marketing plan
* Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish
* Partner with the sales team to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
* Develop and improve marketing support material/ sales toolkit
* Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and recommendations on tactics
* Support development of a wider customer contact base across vertical markets
* Ensure that the company's vision and values are instilled across all communications
* Liaise with external PR/ advertising/exhibition agencies as required
Daily/ Monthly Responsibilities
Planning and execution of all daily marketing activities including, but not limited to:
* Manage the research and delivery of an exhibitions and events calendar
* Provide branding guidance and develop creative briefs to guide and meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital and video assets
* Conceptualise and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer journey, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
* Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes and provide additional sales support as required
* Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
* Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly
* Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams and be able to communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
* CIM member/ follows annual CPD/ CIM qualification desirable but not essential
* Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
* Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
* Experience with marketing automation, survey and CMS, ERP/ CRM tools
