Search needs an exceptional marketing director to take the brand, the content, the proposition, the strategy to the next level. We are a multi specialist recruiter, PE backed, employing approximately 500 staff with a huge offering to take to a wide range of markets. Combining a large staffing business, an emerging and ambitious Professional Services business, and a niche Technology business in Henderson Scott, Search needs someone now with recruitment marketing experience who is genuinely passionate about both the recruitment industry and what marketing can create.

If you're the right person, you will already be fascinated by the changes recruitment technology is bringing and have ideas about what innovation and differentiation it can deliver. Obviously we will need someone who can forge strong business partnerships with the operations team, both at MD level, as well as the central functions, balancing the vast requirements of a business our size with the fundamentally simple requirement to consistently attract, engage, retain more clients, candidates and staff.

Some of the things you'll need to think about:

- independent strategies and brands for the three main areas of the Search recruitment businesses, in the relevant temporary, permanent, contract markets as well as the RPO/MSP proposition and brand.

- optimisation and creation of innovative strategies to drive ROI from advertising

- driving powerful, insightful, and engaging content within specialist areas to heighten brand perception and engagement of candidates and clients.

- management, retention and development of a highly regarded team of marketers sat within the areas of Digital and Insight, Content and Events, Creative and Branding, as well as the Bid and Tenders team.
