We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Hull based Plc who are recruiting for an experienced management accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is an international business who value training and development in high-regard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant who is looking to thrive in a supportive, progressive environment.

The main purpose of the role is to provide business partner services to the operational business across the North East. You'll be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts including P & L's, budgets, forecasts, balance sheets and account reconciliations. You'll be working closely with the site operational managers to drive company strategy as well as assisting with the audit. You will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager.

This role will suit a ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a good level of post-qualifying experience. A good level of experience with management accounts is essential as well as good commercial/strategic business understanding. There will be travel involved to sites across the North East and therefore a driving licence is required.

The successful qualified or ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant will have an excellent opportunity to be involved in a friendly sociable team where they are valued and supported. A competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 is on offer in order to secure the best Management Accountant available.
