Fantastic Opportunity for a candidate with Management Accounting experience to join a large organisation in Glasgow!
You will be covering a mat cover and be required to hit the ground running, therefore experience in a similar role is essential. Some of your key responsibilities are as follows:
Revenue Budget- Manage, collate and report on revenue budget items. This includes monthly reporting, midyear forecasting and building of the following year's budget process
Capex Budget- Manage the collation, input; reporting and delivery of the Capex Budget throughout the year and deliver appropriate reporting of spend to Head of the Business.
Renewable Generation Reporting- Work with the Commercial Support Manager to collate, deliver and input the Renewable Generation Budget including the delivery of the Director's Budget Paper
Financial Support- Support staff on aspects of Financial Management
Business Management- Ensure all financial data is managed effectively throughout the year and ensure all data is kept up to date and in a consistent and clear format.
Experience and skills required for this role:
Commercial management experience
Budgeting, Cost control and reporting
HND or equivalent qualification level
Experience of financial systems
Good level of IT competence
Must have a drivers license
Willingness to travel (1 day per month roughly)
