Benefits of working as a Maintenance Worker:
* Competitive pay rates: £12.50 per hour
* 3 Month fixed term contract
* Monday- Sunday 06:00-14:00 / 07:00-15:00 (5 days out of 7)

Duties of a Maintenance Worker:
* Maintain the hedges through trimming
* Strim grassed areas / Weeding / Leaf clearance
* Maintain and clean all signage including minor installations / minor works
* Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter
* Maintaining the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds.
* Removal and/or relocation of existing payment equipment across the estate
* Carry out Minor works: Carpark lining / relining, post installations.

* Previous experience of working in a similar role
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player with good communication skills
* Commitment to health and safety practices
