We're looking for an experienced Maintenance or Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join and thrive in our clients innovative brewery organisation. Main duties of the Maintenance Engineer role include:
* Carrying out preventative maintenance
* Planning maintenance
* Fault finding and troubleshooting
* Controlling and ordering parts
* Contractor control
* Calibration of equipment
* Implementing continuous improvement projects
* Record keeping
* Assessing equipment and identify repairs required
* Driving OEE improvements for the various lines
* Being involved with company events and festivals to represent the business

Skills and experienced required/desired for the engineer:
* 2-5 years' experience working in a FMCG production environment (food or drink, ideally)
* Electrical bias, with mechanical experience
* Competent with Microsoft Office programs
* Good communication and people skills to contribute as part of a team
* Strong record keeping skills
* Willing to work on a shift rota

Our client is offering a company pension scheme, individual training programs for progression, and 28 days holidays. Given the nature of this position, we are offering a strong salary for this role of 40-42k per annum for the position of Maintenance Engineer.

The ideal candidate for the position of Maintenance Engineer will be someone who is looking for a company to truly invest in, develop and progress themselves. They will need an engineering background in FMCG manufacturing; food, drink, etc.
