Logistics Administrator
Permanent Role
South Liverpool

My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work within a successful company based in South Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have experience working within logistics/ forwarding.

The duties of the role

* Booking in transport and shipments
* Provide an excellent customer service
* Making and facilitation of export / import documents
* Planning deliveries to meet customer demand
* Liaise with suppliers through bookings, loadings and transportation
* Deal with complaints and resolve issues impacting customers
* Review freight costs and transport rates
* Deal with supplier invoice queries
* Taking payments
* Providing general administrative support

The ideal candidate will have

* Experience working in a logistics/ forwarding environment is desirable
* Experience / knowledge of international transportation and documentation
* Administration or customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills verbally and written
* High attention to detail
* Team player
* Adaptable and proactive
* High level of customer focus and enthusiasm
* Must be fluent in written and spoken English

Monday - Friday 9-5
No weekends
Paying up to £20k depending on experience
Free Parking
