Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day in the office:
- High volume data entry (Excel)
- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to emails
People who we have previously been taken on have been highly organised and have had experience working in an administrative environment. Most importantly, you need to have good MS office skills, ability to converse effectively at all levels.
