Processing sales orders
Booking transport and shipments
Updating and maintaining costing spreadsheets
Raising Performa invoices
Proof of deliveries
Handling shipment enquiries
Liaising with on site warehouse
Building international customer relationships
General support to visitors
Must have transport or shipping experience
Good Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to multitask in a quick paced environment
