We are helping a healthcare provider to find an experienced full-time Locality Manager to manage and take responsibility for services across the Taunton and West Somerset area. The position comes with a salary of up to £26,000 p/a.
If you were already engaged in this Locality Manager role, this is how your last few days would have looked:
? Ensuring person-centred care plans and health action plans are regularly reviewed and consistently implemented
? Delivering practical risk assessments and emergency plans to ensure people's safety
? Making sure your team is appropriately trained and motivated to provide high-quality support
? Addressing any complaints and issues in line with company policies
You will be accountable for the budget and finance for the Locality. You will be in a leading position to support the organisation, develop local connections and partnerships and hence grow the business in the capacity of a business development manager.
To apply for this management role, you will need experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism. To do that, you'll have:
? A strong background in working with adults with learning disabilities and autism
? Up-to-date knowledge of the personalisation agenda and Active Support model
? A Management Development training certificate, or the willingness to work towards one
? Previous Sales Executive work will also come in handy
In return for your skills, you will receive a salary of £26,000 p/a (based on 37.5 hrs per week), and benefits including 30 days' annual leave entitlement, high street discounts, an Employee Assistance Programme, and Life Assurance.
