As a Live Chat Advisor, you will be interacting directly with customers via live chat and answering any queries they have. You must have fast and accurate typing skills as well as the ability to understand and remedy customer issues.
The Live Chat Advisor will:
- Handle queries from business customers using the best customer service skills
- Carry out required research with the provided tools, and respond appropriately
- Escalate or communicate with other teams if required
- Connect with customers at a professional level and build rapport
You will undergo the required training once the onboarding process is completed, and there will be further training during the job to ensure you're firing on all cylinders.
Your most recent experience should include working within a previous Live Chat / Online environment. You'll have the ability to solve challenges and take ownership of each customer query, alongside excellent communication and listening skills. A passion for customer service and people is essential to do well, as is having a collaborative and empathetic approach.
