Based in the Basingstoke office this successful company has a busy commercial litigation team and requires an extra full-time commercial litigation solicitor. Working within a good-sized team, you'll be given the freedom and flexibility needed to do your job, with working-from-home options and all the tech any modern-day lawyer expects - from precedents to updates.

To apply for this litigation solicitor role, you should:

• Be an experienced litigation solicitor with a minimum of 2PQE
• Have proven experience of working in commercial litigation and dealing with your caseload of Commercial disputes, Commercial and residential property disputes, Contested Probate, Debt Collection, and Other dispute resolution/litigation issues
