Commercial Litigation solicitor / senior associate
South West London
Leading firm
Upwards of 3 PQE

My client, a well known South West London based firm with two offices, has a new exciting role for a litigation specialist.

This firm has a strong base of loyal clients, who regularly recommend their services to others. Most of their new clients come to them by personal referral either from existing clients or fellow professionals further solidifying their strong reputation as a firm that provides excellent service.

The reason for the role is that they have a partner retiring from the firm in the foreseeable future and they would like to offer a role to a promising litigator who can provide a strong standard of service to their loyal client base.

The existing caseload for you to cover will be commercial litigation and property litigation and they are inviting applications from solicitors with upwards of 3 years post qualified experience.

The workload will be an existing and good quality caseload of:
Litigation claims arising from professional negligence, property disputes concerning e.g. boundaries, easements, actionable nuisance, adverse possession leasehold disputes, both commercial and residential and a wide range of other litigation in the fields of company law, partnership, building and construction, and consumer credit.

If this exciting opportunity sounds of interest please apply as directed. For a copy of the JD / more information please contact Catherine Knowles at Search Legal on 0203 151 2151 or catherine.knowles@search.co.uk.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
