You can expect to deal with all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract claims, construction disputes, professional negligence claims, consumer disputes, residential landlord and tenant and property disputes. Approximately 50% of the caseload will be contentious probate matters including challenges to the validity of Wills, challenges to gifts, applications for the removal of administrators, disputes regarding intestacy entitlement and trust disputes.
As an experienced Litigation Solicitor with the relevant legal experience and an ambition to progress, you can expect to take the lead on your cases and also assist in more complex and higher-value litigation. This is an excellent career opportunity for the right person.
The successful Litigation Solicitor candidate will:
- Have a minimum of five years' PQE in a similar role
- Be confident and collaborative in dealing with their clients
