My client is a well ranked and highly regarded firm with offices across the southern counties. A ready-made varied workload is on offer within a team who are approachable and personable. They are looking to add another talented litigator to their team in Tunbridge Wells.
You can expect to handle a varied workload and provide high quality legal advice on all aspects of litigation including planning, neighbour disputes, rights of way, land disputes, agricultural disputes, employment and debt claims.
The successful candidate is likely to:
* Have at least 1 year's worth of experience working in Litigation
* Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
* Be ambitious, confident and have ambitions to progress.
