A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join an award winning practice based in West Sussex. The team are well know within the region for delivering an exceptional client care service.

The firm are currently looking to expand their litigation department, considering candidates with at least two years post qualification experience.

The role would require you to manage a mixed caseload of both Civil Litigation and privately funded Family law matters, acting on behalf of mid-high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate would have experience in dealing with family law matters which include divorce and separation, private children matters and financial disputes. Your experience within civil litigation will include dealing with contract claims, building disputes, professional negligence and also landlord and tenant matters. You will also have experience in dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

The role will provide you with the chance to work alongside highly skilled and experienced individuals, where you will have the chance to grow within both your role and the firm.

You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently and well within a team.

You will have the chance to participate in business development, providing marketing initiatives in line with both departmental and business plans.
