My client, a leading life sciences company based in Northern Ireland, is looking to recruit a LIMS Administrator.
The purpose of this role is to independently lead and manage projects for the optimum utilisation of laboratory data systems. The post holder will identify, implement and review key systems that will lead to improved project delivery, effectiveness and efficiency. This will involve the design and development of solutions which are compatible with operational and regulatory requirements. You will be the main point of contact for technical issues relating to Empower, LIMS and other critical laboratory data systems. The post holder will be a positive role model, demonstrating excellence in technical knowledge, innovation and creative thinking, customer care, planning, QA and results delivery.
The ideal candidate for the LIMS Administrator post will be/have:
* Certified administrator in Empower CDS and Labware LIMS.
* Previous experience of within a GMP analytical laboratory or equivalent.
* Previous significant experience in the use of a Chromatography Data System (CDS)
* Previous experience of computerised systems validation.
* Experience in the operation, installation or administration of a LIMS.
