Lifestyle Concierge - Central London - £28,000 + excellent benefits
An award winning Corporate Hospitality company is looking for a Lifestyle Concierge to join their team in Central London working at a prestigious private residence.
This is a genuinely unique role working at one of the most exclusive locations in London with a very generous benefits package.
The Life Style Concierge is working in a Team with other Concierges, Porters, Housekeeping and Maintenance and reports directly into the Residence Manager. The aim is to provide a seamless 24/7 Hotel Style service to all Residents and visitors.
Some of the duties will be:
* Meeting and greeting Residents, Visitors and suppliers
* Efficiently managing the flow in the lobby and lounges attached to the lobby including general inspection and assuring tidiness throughout
* Answering all incoming and efficiently following up (dealing with requests, logging defects into the system, responding to enquiries)
* Main/First point of contact for requests
* General enquiries
* Travel planning + booking of cars/taxis and restaurants
What You Will Need
The ideal candidate for this role would have a warm, friendly, personable approach with a 'can do' attitude. As this is a smaller Team consisting of approximately 5 Concierge (days and nights), Porters and Housekeeping/Maintenance, therefore a hands on, multitasking approach is required. The successful candidate will need to be able to connect well with the Residents and form strong relationships without overstepping the boundaries of privacy and be too intrusive.
It is important that this person is astute with computers and has knowledge of Windows basic systems and the eagerness and openness to learn other company operating systems.
The person would need to be well groomed to reflect the company imagine and adhere to the company grooming guidelines going forward.
A certain level of knowledge of the London Market, Restaurants, Events/Happenings is required and it is imperative that the person has a natural passion and curiosity for exploring the area and keeping up to date with the latest trends in London and its surroundings.
Although the role is very Concierge focused and would cover a lot of residential tasks, it is more important that the person joining the Team has the right attitude and is a Team player first and foremost. There needs to be a natural passion for customer service, therefore candidate from a 4 or 5 Star Hospitality background from roles such as Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Desk Receptionists, Supervisors or Duty Managers will be considered as well as people from a residential Concierge background.
