This is a brilliant opportunity for a lawyer who has experience running Acquisition and Leveraged Finance deals or had significant responsibility in this who wants to lead on transactions and benefit from getting quick career progression in a team with a small Associate pool. You will provide legal advice to all types of loans and credit facilities, develop a deep understand of global markets, the products, market trends which will enable you to provide excellent legal solutions which support the clients requirements. You will work closely with the team and there is plenty of training and expertise in the firm to ensure you become an excellent Acquisition and Leveraged Finance lawyer.

Ideally you will have:

  • At least one years experience doing Acquisition and Leveraged Finance deals
  • Led or has significant responsibility in Banking and Finance transactions
  • UK Qualified
  • Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
  • Strong academics
