My client is looking for a Legal Secretary experienced in conveyancing to join a busy law firm in South Liverpool.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conveyancing and will be able to hit the ground running providing support to solicitors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Audio and copy typing
Stamp duty calculations
Chasing Land and local searches
Opening and closing files
Drafting Transfer and contracts
Providing updates on files progression
Liaising with clients
Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages
Using office equipment such as faxes, photocopiers and binders
Prepare and manage correspondence, legal documents and reports
Providing administrative support to team
Experience of working in conveyancing field
Confident IT skills
Must be able to hit the ground running and work well from own initiative

Salary £18,000 -£21,000
