My client is looking for an experienced Secretary, who is available immediately and would like an opportunity to utilise their experience and support a busy team.
This is a large corporate firm, with beautiful City Centre offices, this role would suit someone who wants to work in a very corporate environment.
You will be providing a comprehensive secretarial support as well as supporting facilities and reception when required. Ideally you will have some legal secretary experience.
This is an ongoing temporary role initially. - There could be longer term opportunities available for the right person.
What will this involve?
- Assisting 2 fee earners with any administrative support
- Audio typing
- Diary management
- Organisation of meetings including booking rooms
- Set up of webinars and booking training courses
- Managing client enquiries mainly via email/phone
- Maintain and organise both paper based and electronic files
- Covering Reception during lunches and busy periods
- Extensive Filing and Archiving
We are looking for candidates with have previous experience in a corporate firm, and are comfortable working in a deadline driven environment. You will have fast and accurate keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidates should also be comfortable using a case management system in an end to end process.
This is a small office, where people are coming and going all the time. Sometimes you might be the only person in the office, and it is important the successful candidate is happy working on their own, organising their own workload, and taking responsibility for the office.
