Are you an experienced Legal Secretary who has worked within Conveyancing or Private Client?

Providing administrative support to the Conveyancing & Private Client Department you will facilitate the efficient running of the business and duties will include:
* Preparing of Standard Security, Dispositions and Discharge deeds
* Preparation of LBTT notices
* Lodging Advance notices
* Ordering searches, titles and redemption figures
* Preparation of Cash Statements
* Requesting loan funds from lender
* All other support duties required by the Solicitors in the smooth running of purchase and sale transactions.
The successful candidate will have previous Legal experience working within a Conveyancing or Private Client Department and be comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. You will have fast and accurate keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages. Candidates should also be comfortable using a case management system.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required as well as a methodical approach to work and a positive attitude.
