Legal Secretary (Litigation)
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary, with experience in Litigation? My client is looking for someone who has strong experience in this field, and can support to Partner level. This small firm offer good salary and benefit's, working within their City Centre Office
You will be providing a comprehensive secretarial support to three partner:
What will this involve?
- Diary management
- Organisation of meetings including booking rooms
- Managing client enquiries mainly via email/phone
- Maintain and organise both paper based and electronic files
- Extensive Filing and Archiving
We are looking for candidates with have previous experience in a Litigation department, and are comfortable working in a deadline driven environment. You will have fast and accurate keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a small office, where people are coming and going all the time. Sometimes you might be the only person in the department, and it is important the successful candidate is happy working on their own, organising their own workload, and taking responsibility for the office.
