Would you like to work in a small family run firm, based in a corporate City Centre office? Our client is a leading Building Consultancy, and are proud of offering their staff a mature and professional working environment.
The largest part of this role is Audio Typing, you will spend about half your day typing from dictation, and accuracy is absolutely imperative for this role. The other half of your day will be filled with a variety of duties, which you will be expected to manage and prioritise yourself.
What will this involve?
- Completing reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Diary management
- Organisation of meetings including booking rooms
- Set up of webinars and booking training courses
- Managing client enquiries mainly via email/phone
- Organising expense claims
- Maintain and organise both paper based and electronic files
We are looking for candidates with have previous Secretarial experience and be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment. You will have fast and accurate keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidates should also be comfortable working independently.
