I am currently recruiting for a well known Solicitors who are seeking a Legal Secretary to be based in their Pontefract office within the Personal Injury team. You will be responsible for providing support to various fee earners, allowing the department to operate at optimum efficiency. This will include; diary management, preparing correspondence, audio-typing and providing reception cover when necessary.

To be a part of this amazing company you must be a proficient audio typist able to manage your own workload and prioritise the client care at all times. You will be in charge of opening/closing client files, ensuring supplies of stationery are up to date and all stock is ordered, assisting with any incoming client calls whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and providing assistance to any junior secretaries.
This role will be working as a Legal Secretary within the companies Personal Injury Trauma Team, experience as a PI Secretary is extremely preferable, however other secretarial experience will be considered. Skills required are;
* Experienced as a Legal Secretary
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Educated to GCSE level as a minimum (specifically English skills)
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent audio-typing skills
