Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably with specialist knowledge in conveyancing however those with knowledge of other legal disciplines will also be considered along with applicants where audio typing has been a large part of their role.
You must be organised, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy standards and be confident working under pressure in a busy, fast paced environment. With a flexible and positive 'can do' attitude, you will be a strong team player who also demonstrates initiative when working alone.
You must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be quick to learn new systems.

- Audio and copy typing
- Processing legal documents and correspondence
- Dealing with notes
- Handling telephone calls
- Answering incoming calls
- Setting up meeting rooms
- File management
- Filing and photocopying
